What an inspection can tell you

‘Will an inspection tell me everything that could go wrong later?’

A typical home inspection explains visible conditions in accessible areas at the time of the visit. It does not involve opening every wall or predicting every future failure.

Before booking, ask what is included, how inaccessible areas are documented, and whether any items need a separate service. Confirm the actual agreement and applicable standards.

Start with the scope, rather than a promise of guaranteed safety. Share these questions with someone looking at a home.
